As a benefit-eligible employee of an HCA-affiliated facility, you are now eligible for the
HCA CorePlus Benefits voluntary employee benefits package. HCA CorePlus Benefits is a package of high quality, voluntary benefits plans that offer choices, options, and convenience for you and your family.
The plans included in HCA CorePlus Benefits are designed to compliment the core benefits package you receive as an employee of an HCA-affiliated facility. The highlights of HCA CorePlus Benefits include convenient after-tax payroll deduction, guaranteed issue with no physical exam required, discounted group rates and portability which means most benefits go with you if you change jobs or retire.
The HCA CorePlus Benefits plans available during this open enrollment are:
- Universal Life Insurance with long-term care benefit
- Short-Term Disability Plan
- Legal & Financial Planning Benefit
- Long-Term Care
With this year’s enrollment in HCA CorePlus Benefits we have added two
administrators to existing benefit plans. MetLife is now offering a new and enhanced long term care plan and Legal Access Plans is offering a new legal and financial planning program.
You will receive your enrollment package
that will include descriptions of the HCA CorePlus Benefits
plans and all the materials you will need to enroll. We have
arranged a toll-free number for the HCA CorePlus Benefits
Call Center where a friendly and helpful enrollment
counselor will answer any questions you have and help you
through the enrollment process.
With HCA CorePlus Benefits you can customize your
benefits to meet the needs of your family. We are pleased to
provide you with these convenient options to protect you
and your family.
P. S . It is important that you review the enrollment
packet when you receive it and call the HCA CorePlus
Benefits Call Center during your open enrollment period.
After you receive the package you will have two weeks
to enroll during open enrollment in HCA
CorePlus Benefits.
